01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" means the nv999 website accessible at nv999.bet, including all associated mobile-optimised versions, subdomains, and any applications made available by nv999 from time to time.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who accesses the Platform, whether or not they have completed the registration process and hold an active account.
• "Account" means the registered personal account created by a Player following successful completion of the nv999 registration process.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, casino, and ancillary services offered through the Platform, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, and any promotional products.
• "Real Money Balance" means the aggregate of funds deposited by the Player that are available for wagering and withdrawal, net of any pending transactions.
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional credits, free bet tokens, or bonus funds credited to a Player's account subject to wagering requirements, which are not withdrawable until those requirements are met.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount of qualifying bets a Player must place before a Bonus Balance converts to a withdrawable Real Money Balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process nv999 uses to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency supported for deposits and withdrawals on the Platform for Pakistani players.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to the Platform is restricted under the terms of nv999's gaming licence or applicable law.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, clicking the registration button, or depositing funds, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. This agreement is entered into between you and nv999 at the moment of your first access to the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions apply in addition to any specific rules or conditions applicable to individual games, promotions, or betting markets. In the event of any conflict between those specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the specific rules shall prevail in respect of the relevant game or promotion only.

nv999 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on record or via a prominent on-Platform notice. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

03 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Minimum Age

Registration and use of nv999 Services is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet this age requirement before registering. nv999 will conduct age verification checks as part of the KYC process and may request supporting documentation at any stage of your account relationship.

3.2 Registration Process

To register an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), date of birth, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information at all times. Registration using false or misleading details constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the nv999 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, nv999 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, withhold any associated balances, and permanently ban the Player from the Platform. Bonus funds obtained through duplicate accounts will be immediately forfeited.

3.4 Jurisdiction Restrictions

The Platform is intended for use by eligible players in markets where nv999 holds the relevant authorisation to operate. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing nv999 is not contrary to the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of access. nv999 does not accept registrations from players located in Prohibited Jurisdictions.

04 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nv999 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. nv999 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.

You must notify nv999 support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. Any bets or transactions placed using your credentials before you notify nv999 of suspected unauthorised access will be considered valid and binding, unless nv999 determines through its own investigation that the activity was demonstrably fraudulent.

nv999 strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. The Platform supports OTP-based 2FA via your registered Pakistani mobile number. nv999 accepts no liability for losses resulting from a Player's failure to secure their account credentials or mobile device.

4.1 Account Verification (KYC)

nv999 may require you to complete identity verification before processing your first withdrawal, or at any other point determined appropriate by nv999's compliance team. KYC documentation typically includes a copy of your valid CNIC, proof of the payment method used for deposit (e.g. a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account), and in some cases a recent utility bill as proof of address. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the timeframe specified by nv999 may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality.

05 Deposits & Payments

nv999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, SadaPay, Meezan Bank, and USDT TRC20. All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — meaning deposits funded from an account or card that does not belong to the Player — are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of the Player's account pending investigation.

Deposits are generally credited to your nv999 account balance instantly or within minutes of successful payment confirmation. nv999 does not impose a fee on standard PKR deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. nv999 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank, mobile money provider, or network connectivity.

5.1 Minimum & Maximum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the cashier page at the time of deposit. Maximum deposit limits may be applied by nv999 at its discretion, including as part of responsible gaming controls where a Player has set voluntary limits on their account. nv999 reserves the right to change deposit limits upon notice.

5.2 Currency

The Platform operates in PKR for Pakistani players. USDT TRC20 deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. nv999 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit instruction and the time of crediting.

06 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the Player. nv999 will generally process withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical availability. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa accounts are typically completed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed within 1 to 3 business hours during standard banking hours.

Before a withdrawal can be approved, the Player's account must have completed all applicable KYC requirements. The entire Real Money Balance must be free of any active wagering requirements. Bonus Balance is not withdrawable until the associated wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

6.1 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published on the cashier page and are subject to change. nv999 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments and to conduct additional verification checks before approving withdrawals above a specified threshold. Such checks are conducted in accordance with nv999's AML policy and applicable regulatory obligations.

6.2 Withdrawal Delays

nv999 is not liable for delays in withdrawal processing caused by technical issues at the receiving bank or payment provider, public holidays, banking system outages, or delays attributable to the Player's failure to provide requested documentation. If your withdrawal has been pending for longer than 24 hours without explanation, please contact the nv999 support team.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

nv999 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, PSL-specific cricket betting promotions, free bet offers, and cashback programmes. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant offer, which should be read carefully before claiming any bonus.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are credited to your Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion-specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus, after which any unconverted Bonus Balance will expire and be removed from your account.

7.2 Eligible Games

Not all games on the Platform contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category is stated in the promotion-specific terms. Live casino games, certain jackpot slots, and sports betting markets may carry reduced contribution rates or be excluded entirely from wagering requirement calculations.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

nv999 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include — but are not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim a single-use promotion, placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee a profit from bonus funds, using excluded payment methods to circumvent bonus eligibility restrictions, and making structurally identical low-risk bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk. Where bonus abuse is identified, nv999 reserves the right to void all associated bonus funds, reverse any winnings derived from those funds, and permanently close the Player's account.

08 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the nv999 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game. These rules are published within the respective sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions by incorporation.

8.1 Cricket & Sports Betting

All PSL, international cricket, and other sports betting markets are governed by nv999's Sportsbook Rules, available in the Sports section of the Platform. nv999 reserves the right to void bets on any market where there is evidence of match fixing, data corruption, or where the underlying event is abandoned, postponed, or materially affected by circumstances outside the control of nv999. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Player's Real Money Balance.

8.2 Casino Games

All casino games — including live casino tables, slot titles, and instant games — are governed by the rules displayed within each individual game interface. Where a technical malfunction interrupts a game session, nv999's policy is to void the affected game round and return the stake to the Player. Winnings generated during a demonstrable technical malfunction are not valid and will not be paid.

8.3 Error & Palpable Mistake Policy

In the event that an error or palpable mistake results in incorrect odds, incorrect game outcomes, or incorrect bonus credits being displayed or applied, nv999 reserves the right to correct the error and void any bets or transactions that were placed as a direct result of that error. Players who knowingly exploit a palpable mistake will have associated winnings voided and may face account suspension.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the nv999 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or sports events.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with any aspect of the Platform's software or security systems.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing account restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses.
• Sharing your account credentials with any other person or allowing any other person to access your account.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening, or abusive behaviour toward nv999 staff or other Platform users.
• Making fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith following genuine transactions on the Platform.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the nv999 Platform — including but not limited to the nv999 name, logo, design, text, graphics, software, game content, and data feeds — is the intellectual property of nv999 or its licensed third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any ownership interest in or licence to use nv999's intellectual property beyond what is strictly necessary for your personal, non-commercial use of the Platform's Services.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of nv999. Unauthorised use of nv999's intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

nv999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy sets out in detail what data is collected, how it is used, how long it is retained, and what rights you have in respect of your personal data.

nv999 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers — including payment processors, KYC verification providers, and fraud prevention agencies — where necessary for the operation of the Platform and in compliance with applicable data protection legislation.

12 Responsible Gaming

nv999 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and must never be treated as a source of income or a method of recovering financial losses. If you feel that your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic, you are strongly encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform or to contact our support team immediately.

The following responsible gaming tools are available free of charge to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts from your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous session duration. An on-screen timer will display elapsed time and you will be automatically logged out when the limit is reached.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up notifications showing your current session duration and net win/loss position.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined cooling-off period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months), or apply a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately. During any self-exclusion period, no marketing communications will be sent to you.
• Account Closure: You may close your account permanently at any time by contacting the support team. Your Real Money Balance will be returned subject to standard KYC verification.

13 Suspension & Termination

nv999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where nv999 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false registration information, or where account closure is required for compliance, legal, or regulatory reasons.

Upon termination for cause, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account will be reviewed. Where the breach involves fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct, nv999 reserves the right to withhold the remaining balance pending investigation. Where termination is not related to prohibited conduct by the Player, the Real Money Balance will be returned following successful KYC verification.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting nv999 support. nv999 will process the closure request within a reasonable timeframe and will return any verified Real Money Balance via the Player's registered payment method.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nv999, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or Services. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage.

nv999's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or PKR 50,000 — whichever is lower.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit nv999's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under nv999's international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through nv999's formal complaints process.

To submit a complaint, Players should contact nv999 support via live chat or by emailing [email protected] with a detailed description of the dispute. nv999 aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days. If the complaint cannot be resolved through this process, the Player may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority under nv999's gaming licence.

16 Amendments to These Terms

nv999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of these terms will always be published at nv999.bet/terms-conditions with the effective date clearly marked. Where changes are material — such as changes affecting Player rights, withdrawal conditions, or bonus rules — nv999 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice to registered Players via the email address on record.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your account before the effective date of the change.
